Our small studio is located in the heart of St. James, and aims to marry our two favorite things, beauty & nature. We like to think of our space as a place you can step in and instantly forget your worries, your stresses, your plans and just connect with the current moment. We truly believe the body & mind work together and that setting some time to connect with yourself daily can increase your quality of life! Beauty is not just aesthetic but an overall feeling…the way you are inside that shines outwards to others!

Julianne is the sole owner and operator of Blue Velvet Skin Care. Holistic health & beauty has always been a huge passion of hers and she has been in this industry for over 10 years. Julianne originally sought out this career while she was getting her degree in horticulture science. During that time, she was suffering from severe cystic acne and decided she wanted to learn more about skin health in an attempt to help others as well as herself.
One of Julianne’s favorite philosophies is that you cannot be a help to others until you take care of yourself. Let's celebrate putting aside some self care time that we all so very much need and thrive from.

Welcome Riley as our newest NYS licensed Esthetician to join the team! She has a passion for clean health, wellness and beauty! The perfect fit for our studio.
She has always gravitated towards beauty, health and healing in a natural way. After doing makeup about 7 years and she decided to get certified in 2018 by MUD cosmetics from NYIB. Continuing her passion for health and skin she decided to go back to school for Esthetics and go after my dreams!
Riley love helping others heal. Empowering clients by making them feel their best and educating them is what drives her passion! Being an artist and healer, she loves working with my hands, as they are our best tools! Helping clients relax and feel comfortable while treating the skin is a must and she can’t wait to help create clients skin goals come to life!
